Before you book
Deposits, Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Booking your spot. Services over $100 take a $113 ($100 + HST) deposit, services between $50 and $100 take a 50% deposit, and anything under $50 (plus products) is paid in full at booking. All prices include HST. Pinky promise your deposit is never an extra charge. It comes right off your total at your appointment.
Need to change your plans? Life happens, we totally get it. Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and your whole deposit just moves to your next visit. With less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment, your deposit is kept. Deposits aren’t refunded, and credits are good for 12 months from your original booking, so you’ve got plenty of time to come back and glow with us.
If you miss an appointment from a prepaid package, $50 is taken off the package.
Consultations. Consultations are complimentary when you go ahead with a treatment. We just ask for a fee when you book one to protect against no-shows, and that fee goes right toward your treatment.
Trainings. Trainings are paid in full when you book, or by e-transfer to info@dermabar.ca before the training.

Arriving Late
Here at Derma Bar Inc., we arrange our appointments to make sure we have an adequate amount of time for proper sanitation and sterilization protocols, setting up and a 10-minute grace period for clients. We ask for you to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment or consultation to allow you to complete your consent forms.
If a client is more than 10 minutes late, we will always try our best to accommodate. However, it is not guaranteed we will be able to accommodate.
