Are prices before tax?
Yes. The prices on this page are before HST. HST is added to each monthly membership payment, and to HydraFacial Xpress when you pay for the treatment.
Is HydraFacial Xpress part of membership?
HydraFacial Xpress is priced at $145 per treatment, with a member rate still to be confirmed. You can ask about it at your consultation.
How long is the commitment?
Six months to start. After that, your membership carries on from month to month until you cancel.
When am I billed?
Your first payment is taken when you join, then on the same date each month, by card. In a month without that date, it is taken on the last day of the month.
There is no joining fee.
Can I book more than one treatment a month?
Your membership includes one facial each month. Any other treatment you book is charged at its regular price.
What happens if I miss a month?
You can use that month's facial in the next month instead, and hold one carried over facial at a time.
Please cancel or move a visit at least 24 hours ahead: a late cancellation or a missed visit may count as that month's facial.
Can I switch to a different facial?
Ask us to change your plan. A change is made only with your agreement, and you receive an updated copy of it.
How do I cancel?
Within 10 days after you receive the written copy of your agreement, you can cancel for any reason, and every payment you made is refunded within 15 days, even if you have already had a facial.
After that and during your first six months, cancelling early has a $100 fee. After six months there is no fee. Either way, your membership ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
